So how does it actually work?

Reflexology may help by:
• activating pressure points linked to the uterus & pelvic area
• calming the nervous system (which is key for labour to begin)
• encouraging hormonal balance
• reducing stress, fear & physical tension

When the body feels safe and relaxed… labour is more likely to start naturally.

Important to remember:
This isn’t about forcing labour before your body is ready.
It’s about supporting the process when you’re at term and prepared.
