Community. Collaboration. Connection. And a whole lot of pool‑day magic.
Who says therapy has to happen in a clinic or at home? Our team took it straight to the water for a fully immersive multidisciplinary session.
Meg (OT), Kasey (Educator) and Mikayla (PT) all jumped in. Keeping cool, building skills through play, and showing what happens when we support families together.
Nothing we can’t do when we dive in as a team.

✨ Join the Icaria way. Refer today and experience multidisciplinary support done differently.

Unpacking groceries is more than a routine. It’s a powerful learning opportunity!

Here’s how it helps:
✔ Boosts language – name items as you unpack
✔ Builds body awareness – carrying bags provides “heavy work” for sensory regulation
✔ Sparks problem-solving – sort foods by where they belong

Want to make it engaging? Start with:
• Naming items
• Sorting foods by location
• Exploring textures and temperatures (hot vs cold foods)

Everyday tasks can become therapy moments that are fun, functional, and full of learning!
