At Icaria Health, we are passionate about helping people stay healthy, live actively, and live life for longer. Our experienced allied health team provides personalised, evidence-based care for individuals of all ages. Delivered in-home, in the community, and across our two Albury clinics:

support NDIS participants, Home Care Package (HCP) clients, and private referrals, with a focus on enhancing independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Behind every safe transfer is strong clinical reasoning 💡

Kiara recently attended hands‑on training with an , building her knowledge around hoists and slings and how to prescribe them safely and effectively. The session explored different systems, with a strong focus on matching the person, environment, and functional goals to the most appropriate equipment.
This photo shows Kiara practicing a transfer using a gantry hoist — a removable alternative to a ceiling hoist — supporting safe and dignified transfers from bed to wheelchair or chair. Ongoing professional development like this ensures evidence‑informed, person‑centred care at Icaria.

Some milestones are worth pausing to celebrate 🎓

Our New Graduate Program participants have officially graduated university — an important academic milestone early in their graduate journey with Icaria Health.

Since joining our one‑year New Graduate Program in February, they have already made a meaningful contribution. In a short space of time, they’ve demonstrated professionalism, care and a thoughtful approach to practice, while building strong relationships across the team and with the people we support.

They have integrated seamlessly into the organisation and are already a valued part of our day‑to‑day operations. We’re proud to support them as they continue to develop their clinical skills and grow throughout the remainder of their graduate year.
