I have some news...

My beautiful therapy practice 𝐵𝑒𝐾𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑎 𝑡𝑜 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑝𝑖𝑒𝑠, that I have nurtured for the past 6 years, is coming to an end.

As I prepare to close this chapter, I’ve been reflecting on the beautiful journey it’s been — and the deep gratitude I feel.

𝐵𝑒𝐾𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑎 𝑡𝑜 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 started as a gentle offering… a safe space for women to reconnect with themselves, manage their stress, and explore deeper healing. Our Story

Bekinda to Yourself Therapies is a space I've created for you to introduce more self-care, transformation and self-empowerment to your life through hypnotherapy and coaching.

With qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and further studies in professional coaching modalities, I practice client-centred therapy. I take the time to tailor treatments to individual needs.

Hypnotherapy is the practice of facilitating hypnosis for the benefit of therapy. Hypnosis is the process of induction resulting in a hypnotic trance, providing direct access to the subconscious mind. This removes any blocks, enabling you to address repressed memories, challenging patterns and deep emotions. Unlike what's portrayed by stage hypnosis, you are conscious and have control during hypnotherapy.

When in a trance you are less critical and more open to helpful suggestions. In this state of mind, therapy can create deep and lasting results. By incorporating NLP and coaching we create the changes to your thoughts and behaviours required to achieve success.
