Organizational Training: Effective communications,relating, visioning, and career management, and other customized classes to help key team members and executives develop the best possible attitude and outlook to support the company’s growth and goals.
Our purpose is to educate wellness instead of treating illness. My team & I bring a wide body of experience and knowledge to help clients reduce costs, improve profits, engage and retain employees.
Physical Wellness Level: Here we introduce chair and table massage, as well as basic stretching, pilates, yoga classes, mindfulness education and meditation techniques . The Release and Realignment benefits to the physical body are critical to your employee’s wellbeing.
Emotional Energetic Level: Here we introduce dietary, exercise, and nutrition education, as well as “energy management” meditation classes to help people learn how to focus, improve concentration, and to recognize the onset of stress and take corrective measures. The Overall the goal at this level is to rebalance, reenergize, and realign the energetic systems of the body. We also offer special coaching in times of crisis management to deal with the extra high stress levels that accompany such events as well as personal coaching/counselling for employees.
