I have found Bowen therapy really improves health outcomes because it works with the innate intelligence of the body to repair itself. The body is always trying its best to survive and is only limited by the resources it can access. Our food and drinks provides the nutrient resources the body needs to function. We are all individuals with different needs - the diet that works great for your best friend may simply make things worse for you. Herbs assist with re-educating the body on how to function when it has experienced imbalance due to stress, illness, accidents, malnutrition, toxicity and pollution. I can show you what you can do to feel healthy, strong and flexible in body and mind.

Remember that “facts” are interpreted through the filters of our individual mindset and coloured by our emotional responses.

Time to let go of the stories we tell ourselves about “what happened” and especially let go of the projections of the past onto our future.

Bowen is remarkable for the way it helps the body release old patterns of reactivity. With a series of Bowen treatments we are able to be present and correctly perceive what is happening now without the projection of past fears onto the present moment. Very liberating 🥰
