This play shop blends gentle ta***ic practices and guided ritual to connect in devotion with your special person.

We will explore:

- A practice to drop into our sensual bodies
- Creative ways to activate eros

This is an inclusive space for ALL genders and relationship structures. So bring your friend, bring your polycule, bring them all! Just make sure you bring someone who you're comfortable with exploring with.

So I thought i would finally update my offerings to represent more of what I'm doing now. This is a work in progress so you might notice more and more things pop up here as i evolve and move with the seasons.

It's a little ironic that creating more structure in my day to day leads to more freedom and flow! Funny that ✨️

Grateful for everyone here who follows me and supports my work. I absolutely LOVE with my whole being what I do and I hope you can feel that with each moment shared with me. 🪷

To honor entering the winter months we slowed all the way down.. releasing the pressure of doing, created space for deep listening and nourished our bodies with medicinal foods.

This Saturday we are doing it again but this time feeling into the rising energy of Spring. Creating balance and a sense of grounding as we harness the aliveness of this season towards creation and expansion. If you're like me and you struggle with allergies. We will be exploring ways to support your immunity as we enter hayfever season! Trust me your body will thank you 😅

I've been a lil MIA. I'm deep in a move portal atm as I get settled into my new space in East Freo! And this time I'm getting comfortable.. its been a wild ride finding a home and this move feels so right. There's a gorgeous loft upstairs that i'll be working out of. I held a few sessions before i moved here to get a feel of it and i am in LOVE. If you've ever come to my workshops then you'll know how lush this space is. My booking for bodywork are open from Wednesday! I can't wait to host you here ✨️

Logging off until Tuesday, taking a few days in silence to recalibrate. My Online bookings are live SO if you would like to book in next week please come on thru! This is my first silent retreat and I'm SO curious how it will go.
I'm welcoming the space for introspection but not having music or reading books, or any external stimulus will be interesting. The last few months have been intense and my soul is calling for some stillness, softness and some quality time in nature. So wish me luck! And I'll see u on the flip side ✨️

I'll be guiding a Ta***ic Ritual of the Senses this Wednesday evening. ❄️🌸
If you listen closely the shifts in seasons can be felt in the body. From the hibernation of winter, transitioning into spring; often there's a restlessness that’s felt. What does your body need to thrive? What is it asking for?
Here you will have the opportunity to listen to your inner wisdom, and to lean into ancient eastern knowledge to nourish your physical, emotional and spiritual health. Whilst also having a laugh and some juicy fun in the process.

You will Learn:
• About the Five Element Model under TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and the Spring Element of Wood
• Key Acupressure points you can use on yourself or others
• Ways of inviting more sensation through your body
• The art of Devotional touch through a guided 5 Senses Ritual

In Kaula lineages of Ta**ra, the senses are sacred and worshiped as the Goddess. We make offerings to the senses as a gateway to our divine nature and as a way to fully embrace life. When we activate all of our senses we become so deeply intimate with life, allowing the pleasure we experience to become a meditation. One that guides us into a melty space of bliss and gratitude, honoring this gift of existence.
