Good news! This Sunday is looking fine in the morning for the Freo Farmers Market! You can find us at the Fremantle Arts Centre from 8-12pm. I’ll be serving the best hot ceremonial grade cacao to warm you up on a cool winter day. You will find us near the main stage. 500g bags also available for purchase. See you there! ☕️

Did a lovely adjusting session from 7:30am-1pm today. So proud of everyone who graced my clinic. No one was stressed, worked up, or brought any Xmas mayhem into the space. It says a lot about the bio-rhythms of alignment(all forms).
I’m adjusting 1-7pm Monday, then 7:30am-1pm tues. Then off until Monday the 6th.
Merry Xmas to everyone! Thanks for being a part of “the journey”, short or long, always moving towards optimal health and well being. ❤️
