Joint Mobilization and Manipulation
Deep Tissue Massage

Dry Needling (Acupuncture)
Postural Retraining

Silas St runs over 100 Supervised Clinical Exercise Classes each week for 70 mins per session. A Qualified Physiotherapist instructs every class with a maximum of 4 clients.
