MORE Medicare Rebates Available: Did you know…
Assessments for Autism, ADHD, and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions can have an additional 4 rebatable sessions over and above the regular Mental Health Care Plan for 0-25year olds with a GP referral.

It used to be that you needed a paediatrician or psychiatrist referral, but for going on two years now Medicare opened up more access to these services through a GP pathway.

Happy to be back on the Central Coast after my time with Tas Health! Starting clinic with the amazing team at East Gosford Specialist Centre for adults & adolescents, and also private rooms in East Gosford for children & families.

I’m strongly experienced in psychological assessments and therapy particularly in the area of neurodivergence with a focus on Autism, Dyslexia, and Intellectual Disability (despite my abhorrence to the term!). I’ve worked for just shy of two decades as a therapist and have a HR background prior to that.

I’m trained to facilitate programs such as Cool Kids (anxiety), 123 Magic (parenting), and Frameworks For Change (addiction). I’m also certified as a Medicare Perinatal Counsellor and as a Neurofeedback Therapist.

My passion is for helping people make sense of what’s going on, and knowing ways to work with it or feel empowered to know what to do so that life can be more quality in a real way.
