1. A good breakky! Setting myself up with a good breakky filled with protein is such an important part of my day! Without this Que, headaches, fatigue, poor concentration and just overall moodiness !
2. Walking my dog every morning ! This is my way to firstly get movement in the morning, but is also my mindfulness that sets me up for the day! Listening to the wind, the birds, smelling the fresh cut grass and the summer air!
3. 8-10hrs of sleep. If Zoe no gets her sleep… RUNN !!
4. Warm feet, and neck! Yes I fit in the TCM basket here and highly believe keeping your feet and neck warm can help prevent illness and restore longevity!
5. Movement - prioritising movement multiple times per week at is my jam. It makes me feel good, sweat out the bad stuff, and does worlds of good for my body as well
