Pure Maintenance has been recognized by medical professionals as a significant contributor to the treatment of mould-related illnesses by preventing re-exposure to harmful pathogens in the home after treatment.

Dr. Jeff Wright, Medical Doctor of the Utah Valley Health Clinic, shared the following:
"Like any responsible medical professional, I had my initial 'too good to be true' reservations. But after years of seeing the dramatic and measurable difference it has made the lives of our patients, we now recommend their services as part of the care protocol for many of our patients"

We thank Dr. Wright for his endorsement.

Q: Do I need to take paintings and wall art down before the treatment?

A:Because of the dryness of the fog, Pure Maintenance has never had an issue with wall art, paintings or electronics, but some people feel more comfortable taking expensive paintings down or covering them with a blanket.

Did you know...

Using the same amazing technology to kill mould, Pure Maintenance uses its patented two-part process to create a germ barrier.

We begin by filling your building or room with a dry fog called InstaPUREâ„¢. This fog is ultra-penetrating and leaves absolutely no residue. Once the fog has filled the capacity of the room and has made contact with all surfaces, it remains suspended in the air for the desired dwell time until all germs are destroyed.
Pure Maintenance then begins the second step of the system. A similar fog to step one, registered fog called EverPUREâ„¢ is introduced to the room.

EverPUREâ„¢ is dry and leaves no residue but creates an antimicrobial barrier on all surfaces of the room that will ensure that for 90 days, your home or business will be germ-free. Our products are 100% People, Pet and Environmentally Friendly.

Treats, Ring Worm, MRSA, Staph, CDiff, Anthrax, Flu Virus, Hand Foot and Mouth, H1N1, and more.

FAQ
Q: Will it get behind my walls?

A:Our patented technology creates a 7.5 micron sized particule. A mould spore is between 12 and 30 microns. Thus, any place where a mould spore can get in or out of, the fog will pe*****te those areas.

How do I find the dehumidify option on my airconditioner?

There are many ways to reduce humidity. But the easiest one is to turn on your split or ducted air conditioner, and switch it to "Dehumidify". Just go to the "Modes" on the remote, and dehumidify is usually the "Drip" symbol, or it may be a picture of rain.
Turning this on will remove the moisture and send it outside through the drain pipe. Humidity and moisture in the home is the main factor for mould growth. Reducing this will also reduce the potential for mould growth.

Andy recommends to leave your airconditioner on this function if you're going away or trying to dry washing inside the house, just to keep the air moving and dry.

A humidity reading of 70% is perfect for mould growth ..

The humidity in this home was 60% the day we were there, which is a little high. The factors contributing to this are that it's raining outside, there was washing hanging on a rack inside, and it's a fairly cold day too.

If you know the humidity is high, you can put the heater or air conditioning on, and hang washing outside instead of hanging on a rack inside. This will reduce the humidity.

A humidity meter determines the relative humidity in your home. Did you know that a reading over 70% is perfect for mould growth and you'll generally feel uncomfortable with the humidity at this point.

You can buy a humidity meter yourself so you can check this regularly and take action to reduce the humidity, which will in turn reduce mould growth.
