Darci brings over 7 years’ experience supporting individuals across disability and mental health settings. She takes a compassionate, strength-based approach, working alongside participants and their support teams to develop practical, individualised Behaviour Support Plans.
Darci focuses on building confidence, independence and wellbeing — always respecting each person’s choices and unique journey.

Meet Victoria, Behaviour Support Practitioner 👋

Victoria is dedicated to meaningful change in the lives of individuals facing complex challenges, including mental health concerns, addiction and justice involvement.

With 8 years’ experience across Out of Home Care, Mental Health and the NDIS sector, she supports participants to overcome barriers and move forward with confidence.

She’s currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Addictive Behaviours at Monash University and specialises in supporting people experiencing addiction-related challenges. Victoria’s approach is deeply person-centred, using motivational interviewing and tailored strategies that respect your unique needs.
