We’re excited to introduce Kristina, a qualified Art Therapist at Journe, offering Creative Arts Therapy in the Maitland / Rutherford area.

With six years experience in the mental health and disability sector, Kristina uses the therapeutic power of artmaking to support emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. Working within a trauma-informed and strengths-based framework, she helps individuals of all ages and abilities express themselves and achieve their goals.
