We’re looking for reliable, motivated and energetic Support Workers to join our team!

📍 Shifts available:
Morning | Afternoon | Evening | Sleepovers

💼 About the role:
Support participants in daily living, community access and achieving their goals.

📚 Requirements:

Cert III in Disability / Individual Support (or similar) OR willing to enrol
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Working With Children Check
Driver’s licence + reliable car with comprehensive insurance

💡 Experience preferred but not essential – full support and on-the-job training provided.

📄 Employment:

Start as Casual (first 3 months)
Opportunity to move into Permanent Part-Time for the right candidates

Diverse Ideas is looking for caring, committed support workers to join our team supporting NDIS participants.

Work is based in Rutherford, NSW.

About the role:
We provide consistent, high-quality support to participants, and we’re looking for staff who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, positive team environment.

Minimum Requirements:
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC)
✅ Current driver’s license
✅ Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
✅ Current First Aid
✅ Certificate III in Disability or relevant qualification
OR willingness to obtain this qualification

Preference:
We are especially interested in applicants who are available for sleepover shifts and active night shifts.

We’re looking for people who:
✨ Are reliable and punctual – reliability is essential in this role
✨ Are respectful, patient and supportive
✨ Can work independently and follow support plans
✨ Want to make a real difference in people’s lives
