Did you know?

Exercise plays a complementary role in breast cancer care by offering numerous physical and psychological benefits.

It is recommended that breast cancer patients incorporate moderate physical activity into daily routines, such as brisk walking, swimming, or cycling.

Regular exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, which is particularly important since obesity has been linked to an increased risk of cancer recurrence. Additionally, physical activity can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen bones, and enhance muscle strength, which are crucial during and after cancer treatment.

Lymphatic Therapies can be used in so many different applications. Here, Hayden hurt his hand after being crashed into by another driver in an incident car racing yesterday. I applied some Low Level Laser to the area last night for 45 minutes then today we used kinesiology tape in a way to allow maximum movement and fluid flow away from the swollen area on the back of the hand. He’s back behind the wheel again today doing well.
