I had a fun weekend with these three fabulous people teaching them some deeper reiki skills. We went on an epic deep dive on chakras and chakra healing, energizing and cleansing rooms, then we finished off with a heap of distance healing where we explored healing across space and time. My favorite part of the weekend was enjoying Nathan's stunned mullet face when he couldn't believe how well his experiments with distance healing actually worked. The world is much more magical than we expect!

I love sharing these skills and opening people's minds to what potential they hold inside.

Today felt quietly significant.
I ran my first weekday Reiki Level One class in a long time. It was a small group of four, which gave the day a gentle, intimate feel. These smaller classes always allow for deeper conversation, more questions, and space for everyone to really settle into the experience.

What made today especially meaningful for me was being able to share Reiki with the mother of a friend and student of mine who passed away last year.

There are moments in this work that feel bigger than technique or teaching. Moments where you can feel the thread of connection moving through people, through families, through time. Today was one of those.

I am grateful for the trust.
Grateful for the openness in the room.
Grateful to keep sharing this gift.

What a beautiful way to start the year.

Today's Reiki Level One class was fully booked out, and the room was filled with open hearts, deep intention, and a quiet strength in everyone who came.

I always feel honoured to share this work, and today’s group reminded me again just how powerful these beginnings can be.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for themselves, for the practice, and for the journey ahead.

Tomorrow I’m running a Self Hypnosis class, a hands-on workshop for learning how to access deeper parts of your consciousness, quiet the mind, find out inner needs and work with the unconscious to support healing and change.

It’s practical, empowering, and one of the most useful skills I teach.

I still have space for a couple more people if you’d like to join.

What's been going on, and what's happening in January

I have met a couple of amazing trainers with something special to share during my recent time in Melbourne. I believe what Monique and Cass have to offer is unique and special for educators, caregivers of children, and parents who want to make the most out of their connection with their child and their role as a parent.

I'd like to gather enough participants to host Monique and Cass for a class to share this knowledge here in Maitland. I just finished teaching a beautiful First Degree Reiki class.
We explored a blend of three Reiki traditions with three wonderful women stepping onto this path.

Together we practiced:
• The attunement process
• Creating and working with energy balls
• Energy breathing meditation
• Scanning and sensing energy
• Protection practices
• Healing for each other
• Extending Reiki to animals, plants, and even charging water

Such a powerful and heart-opening day. Feeling grateful to share this work and to see new healers awaken to their gifts.

I love doing this! I'm going to miss not having an opportunity to run another class this year, but stay tuned for some amazing classes in January and February!
