What a beautiful way to start the year.

Today's Reiki Level One class was fully booked out, and the room was filled with open hearts, deep intention, and a quiet strength in everyone who came.

I always feel honoured to share this work, and today’s group reminded me again just how powerful these beginnings can be.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for themselves, for the practice, and for the journey ahead.

Tomorrow I’m running a Self Hypnosis class, a hands-on workshop for learning how to access deeper parts of your consciousness, quiet the mind, find out inner needs and work with the unconscious to support healing and change.

It’s practical, empowering, and one of the most useful skills I teach.

I still have space for a couple more people if you’d like to join.

What's been going on, and what's happening in January

I have met a couple of amazing trainers with something special to share during my recent time in Melbourne. I believe what Monique and Cass have to offer is unique and special for educators, caregivers of children, and parents who want to make the most out of their connection with their child and their role as a parent.

I'd like to gather enough participants to host Monique and Cass for a class to share this knowledge here in Maitland. I just finished teaching a beautiful First Degree Reiki class.
We explored a blend of three Reiki traditions with three wonderful women stepping onto this path.

Together we practiced:
• The attunement process
• Creating and working with energy balls
• Energy breathing meditation
• Scanning and sensing energy
• Protection practices
• Healing for each other
• Extending Reiki to animals, plants, and even charging water

Such a powerful and heart-opening day. Feeling grateful to share this work and to see new healers awaken to their gifts.

I love doing this! I'm going to miss not having an opportunity to run another class this year, but stay tuned for some amazing classes in January and February!

Crystal Healing Workshop today was magic.

We dived deep into the consciousness of crystals, learning how to connect with their energy, listen to their wisdom, and partner with them for healing and protection.

I taught crystal meditations, how to intuit what each stone can support you with, and how to build powerful crystal grids.
We also covered how to use crystals in healing sessions, not just as tools, but as allies.

There’s something profound about witnessing people light up as they attune to these ancient beings.

Grateful to share the space, knowledge and the energy.

Today’s Reiki One class was a beautiful journey.

We explored the foundations of self-healing, learning how to use Reiki not just as a technique, but as a daily practice of self-connection and awareness.

Students were guided through energy meditations, taught how to give Reiki to others, people, animals, even plants. I also shared how to protect and manage their energy in a world that doesn’t always feel gentle.

It’s always powerful to witness people remembering their innate ability to heal, connect, and hold space.
