Maitland Food Co-op Offering food support each week through low-cost food items, free bread, fruit & vegies.

As a project of House of Grace Community Care, the Maitland Food Co-op supports families, individuals of all ages & those doing it tough across the Maitland region. Maitland Food Co-op was established in 2005 as a Community-aid arm of a local church. In 2024 the Food Co-op moved out of the Maitland Goal to its new location and joined House of Grace Community Care. Our vision is to offer a wide ran

ge of free and low-cost grocery and household items to those in need of assistance. The low-cost contribution is applied to the items available, to help us to continue providing this valuable service. In addition to the Food Co-op, further support services are also available through House of Grace Community Care. The Maitland Food Co-op currently operates on Thursdays & Fridays from 10:00am - 2:00pm
