Dear Yogis,
I have some beautiful invitations to share with you.
✨ Bali Retreat – Three Places Opened
If you thought you had missed out on your opportunity to join us in Bali, I’m delighted to share that three more places have just opened for our March 2026 Retreat. This is your chance to step into the lush rhythms of Ubud, daily yoga, nourishing food, and the joy of retreat life.
🧘♀️ Yin + Yoga Nidra Immersion – 2nd November 2025
There is potent magic in the liminal spaces - the thresholds where one season dissolves into the next, where endings soften and beginnings stir. It is here, in rest and in sleep, that we are remade.
In this 2-hour Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra immersion, we will invoke the power of transition through the elements:
🔥 Fire – Yin Yoga to send old patterns into the fire, clearing space for what is to come.
🌊 Water – long, fluid holds that invite release and flow through the meridians.
🌍 Earth – grounding shapes to steady the body and anchor us in the present.
💨 Air – breath and stillness, creating space for clarity and expansion.
We will then journey into Yoga Nidra - a guided deep rest that takes you beyond the limiting ego into the vastness of your deepest desires. Together, we’ll straddle the seasons: letting go of what has passed, welcoming what is to come, and resting in the alchemy of the in-between.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to rest deeply, receive fully, and allow yourself to be transformed.
*Please note there will be drumming during this class.
🧘 Regular Classes & Saturdays Returning
Our weekly classes continue to grow in strength and softness, and I am delighted to share that Saturday morning Hatha classes return on 11th October at . Enjoy flowing movement, breath, and meditation, and then wander just 10 steps into the delight of the Organic Feast store and cafe. Buy some delicious, wholesome food to take home and perhaps join us for a coffee or tea in the cafe.
Thank you, as always, for showing up so wholeheartedly. Whether in retreat, immersion, or our weekly rhythm of classes, it is an honour to share these practices with you.
With warmth and gratitude,
Fy, Ange and Ellen
