Even in the cold, your practice calls.❄️
When the mornings are crisp and the evenings fall early, it can be tempting to stay curled beneath the doona. But it’s in these cooler months that Yoga becomes not just a practice, but a refuge.
Winter has a way of slowing us down - joints stiffen, circulation wanes, moods dip. But movement, breath and stillness offer gentle counterpoints.
Each class becomes a hearth:
🌀 Asana to ease tightness and lubricate the joints
🔥 Pranayama to build internal heat and boost immunity
🌊 Meditation to support mental clarity and emotional steadiness
This is the season for turning inward - for nourishing the nervous system, stoking inner warmth, and staying lovingly connected to your body and breath.
If you're feeling the pull to retreat, know that your mat is a soft return - a place to tend to yourself with devotion.
Come exactly as you are - weary or well, warm or wintered - and we’ll meet in the shared rhythm of practice.
