This AFTERNOON'S FINDINGS & IMPRESSIONS: I programmed Reiki to flow to all names that are placed in the healing basket this month, for the entire month, from now until midnight 31st May 2026, & immediately after the full programming, I started to feel my hands warming up, indicating Reiki was starting to flow and be received..

I saw swirling green energy flowing, however, it was swirling like water going down a drain. As I watched it flowing, impressions that followed were that of allowing healing green energy to flow through you and out of your, like healing and releasing whatever needed healing to leave the body and into Mother Earth, or the drain of the bath etc etc. Please note: this can be a healing visualisation for whatever is physically or emotionally or mentally ailing you this month. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I saw a liver, but like I was looking at the back of the person.. Emotional causes of the liver can be associated with frustration, aggression and rage, fear and/or guilt, constant inner struggle and conflict, inclined to act the victim with ‘poor me’ attitude, and thus, inflicting self punishment and/or self sabotage, difficulty in forgiveness and letting go and/or trusting. As I was seeing it from behind, this may be guidance about seeing things from a different perspective and see things from the past but how it relates ahead of you or to you path forward etc etc. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I felt an ache in the right ankle. Issues with the ankles indicates feeling shackled and restricted moving forward. The right ankle indicates that you are being shackled by a male, or your logical thinking, and male or logic is restricting you taking practical steps forward. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I gurgled, indicating blocks shifting.

I saw an image of a black spot, hole or void..I couldn’t make anything out as to where or what was around it as it was simply about the spot, hole or void…

I noticed my right eye was watering and had like water running down my cheek. This can be indicating releasing, or crying, and being from the right eye, can be relating to a male, a relationship with a male, or regarding you are logically or physically seeing and/or perceiving. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I had gurgles and burps, indicating blocks shifting, some more quickly than others (burps).

I starting seeing darky murky pink. Pink generally represents love, compassion, friendship etc, whereas darky and murky indicates something negative, depressing, draining etc. This can be about a negative relationship, or negativite thoughts or feelings relating to a relationship etc etc. However, after a while, the looked like light starting to shine through, which to me, can be representing any depression or sadness that you have within or because of relationship, sun/light, will be starting to break through at some stage.. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I felt like I want to p*e, which is often a sign of releasing..physical toxins and emotional ‘stuff’, however, any issues with urinating, can be the need to ask “who or what is pi***ng you off”?, however, it was only the need to p*e, which is simply about releasing and letting go of what no longer serves you. As I typed, I am reminded of this week’s ACTION FOR THE WEEK, (SNAKE), that was posted at 9am on Monday 27th April, 2026..please check it out for further guidance and whatever resonates etc. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I noticed I began to take longer, slower and deeper breaths, my usual intentional way of becoming more centred and balanced and calm etc. So as guidance, whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or simply need to ‘reset’, simply stop and take several long, slow and deep breaths. However, if you tend to be a shallow breather, someone who only breaths into the top half of the lungs, then you need to take fuller breaths into both lower and upper halves of the lungs. You can tell what kind of breather you are by the shoulders and abdomen. Look into the mirror and if your shoulders are going up and down, you are shallow breathing, for when you breathe into the lower lobes of the lungs , your shoulders stay level however, your abdomen goes in and out.. Or, you can put your hands just below your rib cage and notice how far apart your fingers/hands go with each breath etc etc. If any of the physical or emotional/mental information resonates with you, know that you are receiving Reiki.

I began to gurgle and then was guided to end the session.

ACTION FOR THE WEEK: SNAKE
This week's action for the week is SNAKE which represents transmutation, shedding the old self, outgrown the past, old self & old ways, & time to move on.

The immediate message I received as soon as I saw the card that Spirit had chosen was, “Now’s the time to move on and leave the past and old ways behind you and grow into the new you that you have become.” The impression that came with it was how last week’s ACTION FOR THE WEEK (BIRDCAGE), was NOT the time to leave where you were feeling trapped and restricted etc. There may have been experiences to be experienced, and/or lessons still to be learnt or uncovered, however, due to the time of waiting, this is week the wait should be over and is time to move on.

Again I feel drawn to include last time’s guidance when SNAKE was the ACTION FOR THE WEEK, which was, “You’ve outgrown the past and so it’s time to move on from it.” At the time, the impressions I felt with the message were that that there was so much work, intention, healing and/or education that had been done over time (whether months or years), and that it was time to move forward, onward and upward, rather than staying where you are BEFORE the reason of needing intention, healing and/or education. Last week’s BIRDCAGE may have been about staying, for the week at least, but this week, as mentioned, is the time to admit that you have outgrown the past and time to leave it, the situation, the people, the trauma, the hurt etc, whatever you have outgrown and/or healed from, behind you.
Back then as I type, I received, “As you have outgrown the past, it is time for you to shed the old and the restricting, so that you can move forward, but first you need to shed,” and I felt that it was simply about the matter of having outgrown the past, but still needing to let go and move on from the old way of life, (whether it be a relationship, job, house, lifestyle etc), so that the new, happier, healthier and more abundant and successful you can shine, and grow even more. This time as I typed, impressions were about ‘not picking it up again’ etc, as I was seeing an image of ‘throwing something out, but then picking it up again’ etc etc. So whatever you have outgrown, or let go, in the past or this week, it may be that it is to be for good and/or not to go back...or backwards etc etc etc..

In general, SNAKE, represents a week of transformation and transmutation, or further transformation, where you can shed the old, outgrown, fearful you, and finally re-invent yourself to the new you you are either becoming, or have become. Whatever you have been doing, learning, healing, letting go etc, in whatever way, this week you are to re-invent yourself into the new that you have been working towards, or that life, situation, health, circumstances have been guiding you to. So this week, ‘shed the old you’, ‘move on’ from who or what you have outgrown, and transmute into the bigger, brighter, happier, healthier, ‘lighter’ person you are meant to be, and/or be doing etc, and deliberately bring in the new, or bring in more of the new, and/or opportunities for growth or lifestyle etc. And if you need to, ‘shed more of the old’ so that you can re-invent more into the new you.

For the following week, for some that may not have done so already, it is a time to rid yourself of all that you have outgrown and no longer serves you, or to continue doing so. Many people can grow, whether spiritually, professionally, or in maturity, especially in the current times of the planet’s vibrational rising, however, as soon as something happens, many can revert back to the old ways of reacting or solving, or staying with or returning to, the same ‘scenarios’ or ‘habits’ etc, that they are used to or find easier, instead of working with what they have positively grown into or learnt from in the past. Sometimes this is because of a relationship, especially if it’s romantic or family relationships, that are involved, and they find it easier, or at least not as difficult, to stay the course of their growth and ‘shrink’ back to the old, instead of ‘shedding’ the old. As I typed, they reminded me of what I was to typed earlier, about ‘picking it up again’ etc. So though shedding of the old may be difficult in some cases, it is important to remember who are have become or who you are becoming, and why there was ‘old past ways and old self’ that needed to be shed in the first place etc, because, as mentioned, it is time to move on, whether the relationship itself, or the situations that they keep bringing up or creating because of the relationship or the circumstances and experiences that always arise etc.

The NEW YOU, or the NEW YOU who you are becoming or wanting to be, especially that you have been working towards, whether by healing or by education etc, is the YOU that is needed this week. So whatever you have been learning, ending, changing, developing, or wanting etc, it is time to shine the new you, or allow the new you to guide your actions and responses to whatever presents itself this week.

An appropriate question the asked last time was, “You’ve outgrown something from the past so why are you still holding on?” this represents something or someone in your life, whether recently or for decades, that may still in your life, something or someone that is still being experienced in your life, or if you are still involved with certain situations or events in your life, that you are to ask yourself this week, ‘why are you still holding on to it..whether it be a habit, belief, relationship, job’ etc?. Another question can to be to ask yourself a similar question, if it resonates with you and your experiences and responses, ‘Why are you letting the old you react, when the new you can respond in a more appropriate way etc?” Taking the time to ask yourself the questions this week, without judgement, or fear of punishment, can assist you in further transformation and growth.

As mentioned, for some, it may be the week for you to move on from a relationship, a career or work place, or simply from a situation you have been holding onto for sometime. There may be plans, habits or ideas that need to be changed, that once worked for you, but as you grew and changed and healed etc, shedding the old means that you should also be shedding the old plans, habits and ideas that you once held on to. Take a look at all in your life this week. Look in and at your thoughts, habits, emotions, even possessions and relationships, work and career etc, and see what no longer reflects YOU now. The old you, the past, old ways, habits, plans, and limiting beliefs, need to be let go of this week so that you can forward more confidently and easier from here on, forward and upward. Whatever or whoever is holding you back, or holding you down, may need to released and let go of this week, so look at your life and ask yourself, “does my life, health, and responses reflect who I am now, or who I used to be?”

If you feel the new you or the things you have learnt or been taught will help you through the situation, circumstances, or an event this week, then USE THEM..This is what they are for, and so any positive new tools or techniques you have been learning, or learning different ways of looking at things or situations and/or solutions, USE THEM!…..Don’t simply respond with the old way just because it is easier or it is what other people would want you to do or behave, or expect from you etc. Put your usual fears, doubts, or ways you respond and react behind you, shed them, shake them off, and use what you may sense is a better way to handle things or overcome circumstances, this week. You will be better off for it this week, as it is time for you to move on etc.

And those who are attending the PDSA & A Support Group (Psychic Development, Spiritual Awareness & Ascension Support Group), remember that the 14 chakra system replaces the 7 chakra system and to put into practice not only what has been discussed in the previous two support groups, but also the PDSA & A Support Group that is being held on Thursday (30th April).

It’s time to move on toward the new that is unfolding.”

2) “It is the perfect time for you to move forward because you have outgrown the old you, and/or your old ways. Or perhaps, you are wanting to because the old you doesn’t seem to fit or feel right to you anymore. If it no longer feels right for you, then it is time to let go of what is or has been restricting you and keeping you bound in a limiting or destructive situation or environment. When your world seems like it is shrinking, or restricting you in some way, this indicates that it is time to move on, move out, move away etc, so that your world, and environment, and life, can expand and open up again for more growth, healing and transmutation.”
