She is located in The Epworth Freemasons Private Hospital, whilst also operating from St Vincent’s Private. Dr. Suzana’s services include but are not limited to;
- high risk, normal and twin pregnancy care and delivery
- gynaecological advise and procedures

Extreme heat can place extra stress on your body during pregnancy. Staying cool and well-hydrated is especially important for both you and your baby.

☀️ Drink water regularly throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty
☀️ Stay in air-conditioned or well-ventilated spaces where possible
☀️ Avoid being outdoors during the hottest parts of the day
☀️ Wear loose, light-coloured clothing and rest when you need to
☀️ Use cool showers, damp cloths, or fans to help lower your body temperature

Please seek medical advice urgently if you experience dizziness, fainting, headaches, reduced baby movements, contractions, or feel unwell in the heat.

Most importantly, take care of yourself and listen to your body. Slowing down during extreme heat is not only okay, it’s important.
