We are looking for an administrative assistant!

This position is well suited to a psychology/allied health student who wants a break from study (or who has finished studying for the time being), but wants to use their knowledge and get some relevant experience.

The admin role is to be done remotely (i.e, work from home). We are hoping to find the right person who is keen to join us full time (or a minimum of 30 hours/week) for the medium to long term (ideally at least a couple of years).

The admin/client services team supports two private practices, the Centre for Eating, Weight and Body Image (www.cewbi.com.au) and Yarrawonga Mulwala Psychology (www.yaramulpsychology.com.au).

If this sounds like it might be of interest please do send through your CV and a cover letter to emma.sparenburg@cewbi.com.au and we'll be in touch asap. There is no closing date, and we will be contacting people as soon as they apply, so don't hesitate if you are who we've been looking for!!

Please see our website for more information on the role: https://www.cewbi.com.au/join-our-team

Is your diet more extreme than you realise?

Skipping meals, eating just once or twice a day, or cutting out entire food groups might seem harmless - but these changes to your eating can have real effects on your digestion and overall health. 🌱

CEWBI Dietitian Jess Gomularz shares why regular eating matters and how small, sustainable changes can make a big difference. 🌟

Prioritise fuelling your body with the nutrients it needs.

If your New Year feels like it’s only just beginning, you’re not alone. 💛

The start of the year can be overwhelming, but now is the perfect time to reset and prioritise YOU. Introducing self-care into your routine can be really hard!

💡Try these tips to get started:
Savour a hot drink without distractions.
Take a short walk outdoors.
Breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

If a lack of self-care is something that impacts your day-to-day life, why not try a better way this year and reach out for support. We’re here to help you take that first step. 🌟
