Our Movement in May initiative is all about encouraging you to take some time out each day for the month of May to improve your mental or physical health 🥰
It might mean stopping to take a stroll around the block at lunchtime, or a walk after dinner or even applying a face mask at the end of your busy day! 🍃
Whatever it might be, come and join us, as we take some steps in the right direction to improve our overall health and well-being💫
Charlie comes for a walk with us everyday after the busy work day. We’ve recently had lots of questions about the harness he wears 😺
It’s a catventure harness and lead, and he absolutely loves it. As a Physiotherapist it’s really important that Charlie can freely move forward, and isn’t hindered or restricted in his movement. You can see in this little video, that he walks with ease, because the harness encourages his natural shoulder movement, and he therefore loves wearing it, and getting amongst the great outdoors🌲
Note: We purchased this ourselves, it was not gifted, and we would happily buy it again. As with friends and family, we only recommend what we love and this is the best 🍃👏🥰

Great article feature about the ongoing effects of COVID-19 from APA National President Scott Willis’ perspective. Managing Long COVID is now the focus for healthcare going forward, and certainly requires attention to set up Long COVID clinics for the future. We wish Scott all the best with his ongoing recovery 💕🎈🍃👏
