C.G. Jung's archive left me in awe of the vastness of his clinical expertise and artistic talent. The scope of his work is almost incomprehensible, including over 32000 letters, over 1000 manuscripts, many still awaiting transcription and translation into English. I particularly enjoyed reading Jung’s letters, including his correspondence with Wolfgang Pauli, a quantum physics pioneer and fellow ETH University professor, where the archive is housed.

Today, I had the privilege of spending an entire day at the immersed in Sandplay Therapy, a modality rooted in the work of Swiss psychologist and Jungian analyst Dora Kalff. This experiential process never fails to remind me of its profound simplicity and transformative power.

Engaging in Sandplay Therapy reconnects me to the uninhibited creativity of childhood, where play predates self-censorship. It is a deeply somatic and sensory experience, allowing the unconscious to emerge through symbolic expression.
