Did you know… women are 2–6 x more likely to have an ACL injury compared to males!
That isn’t even in elite level sport — this includes recreational sport as well 🏃‍♀️⚽️

So why the difference? 🤔
✨ Anatomical factors
✨ Strength & neuromuscular control
✨ Hormonal influences
✨ Training exposure (or lack of it!)

The good news? ✅
ACL injuries are not inevitable. With the right strength training, technique work, and education, we can significantly reduce risk and keep women doing the sports they love 💪💖
