Chaturanga Dandasana (low plank) is more than just a transition, it’s a powerhouse pose that builds total-body strength!

✅ Strengthens arms, shoulders & core
✅ Preps the body for arm balances + inversions
✅ Protects the spine with proper alignment
✅ Teaches control & mindful movement

How to:
1️⃣ Start in plank, shoulders stacked over wrists
2️⃣ Hug elbows in close to your ribs
3️⃣ Lower halfway down with control, keeping the body in one strong line
4️⃣ Hold + breathe before flowing into upward-facing dog or child’s pose

🔥 Tip: Modify by lowering knees to the mat until strength builds!
