Anthony and Amber are passionate about helping others and together have established a small Holistic Wellness Centre & Retail Store.
Together they offer a variety of Therapy Services , New Age Wellness Products & Community Programs suitable for individuals, couples & small groups. Supporting both adults & youth by promoting Positive Emotional Wellbeing, Community Connection & Positive Relationships.
Focusing on positive Self-worth, Self-care, Stress/Anxiety Management using Sound Therapy, Affirmations, Mindfulness Meditation, Low Impact Meditative Yoga, Massage/Body Work Therapies & Energy Work.
At 'Foundation to Wellness' we understand there is a need for some people to be able to reach out and get emotional support in a safe environment, where we pride ourselves on our values : Connection, Awareness, Empathy, Inclusiveness, Diversity, Collaboration, Gratitude.
Amber & Anthony are equipped to provide Holistic Counselling, Life Coaching/Mentoring, Interim Support Consultations, Advocacy & Referrals through our 'Enlightening Minds' - Service; a unique approach of blended professional & lived experience, delivering alternate therapies & modalities supported by evidence based conventional practices. Providing life coaching and mentoring in creating your own personalised Wellness Plan by instilling confidence building techniques and life skills, while assisting in building resilience and a strong foundation of wellbeing; resulting in a more Balanced & Happier life.
Anthony and Amber also provide specialised resources for couples; 'AATwinEnergy' . Where with their unique Connection, they have combined their energy and talents into focusing on helping others, enhance their connection within themselves & between their partner.
