You were born whole.
Important aspect of remembering a wholeness is tuning into our body and its sensations to bring us back into the present moment. It's so easy to get caught up in our day and stuck in our mind. Life can easily become busy, with thoughts swirling. It's really easy to get distracted and stuck in your head.
Take this moment to stop, pause and shift your awareness back into your body right now in this present moment.
Notice your breathing - take a breath in and as you slowly exhale out visualise you are also exhaling and releasing stresses, worries and heaviness. Let it all drift away with the exhale.
Allow yourself to feel rejuvenated and re-energised by practising this for 10 mindful breaths.
