Introducing Kiki, our Business and Governance Manager, who focuses on building the systems and structures that support everything we do. ⭐

Working across many internal areas, Kiki plays a key role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and remains aligned with NDIS requirements.

Alongside the leadership team, her work in governance, risk, and planning helps build the strong foundations that support both staff and participants.

With a background in direct support as an SSC, Kiki brings a deep understanding of the sector into her role, shaping processes that contribute to better experiences and outcomes.

We'd be lost without her!
