IT'S BACK! This class has been my baby for over 5 years and I've presented to over 200 couples online and in person. I've updated and refreshed for 2026 and decided to run as online workshops. Why? Basically, life is expensive right now, and I wanted to offer an amazing birth preparation course without having to put up the price to make venue hire feasible. Also:

* 4 hour commitment over two week nights.

While we can do PAYG appointments as you need, the full package is the best value in the long run. You pay in 4 instalments, get an itemised statement at frequent intervals to claim back the Medicare rebate, and the estimated cost works out around $40 per appointment out of pocket. If you pass your Medicare Safety Net, it may be less!

Have an amazing and supported pregnancy journey with a known midwife! Hospitals and clinics work with what they have, and they need to see lots of women and pregnant people. It can leave you feeling a bit alone, a bit lost in processes and policies and not getting the chance to make this about you...and it should be about you!
I've been working in the antenatal shared care space with public hospitals for over 5 years. I know from the women and families I have cared for that having a constant in the antenatal journey (and then in the postnatal period) makes a huge difference to their experience.
