Mindfulness and Creative class for NDIS participants

Simply enjoy some relaxation time and being creative in a gentle and supportive way.

In this class you will experience:

- Social and creative inclusion
- Mindfulness techniques
- Mental and emotional well-being improved
- Freeing the imagination and mind
- Connection with a group

Wednesdays 3rd May, 10th May, 17th May and 24th May.
1.30pm to 3pm

How much?
Class cost: 1 off class ($65)
4 classes ($220)

Bookings are essential.
Limited number of 6-8 participants.

Carers: If you need to bring a carer, no problem, your carer is welcome to attend and assist you at no charge.

You can use your NDIS funding to book Mindfulness and Creative class.
During enrollment you will be given a form to fill out so as you can use your NDIS funding.
