Harwood & Co - My Story -

Still reading...Thank you....This is the story of how Harwood & Co started.

Harwood & Co - Health, Wellbeing & Healing Collective was created and born from my love and passion of all things natural, nourishing and nurturing. The more I opened my mind to different options, choices and alternatives of therapies, food and thinking, I found I benefited more personally from a holistic lifestyle approach for my physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. I have now learnt that for me to understand myself and others, I need to look at, support and understand a WHOLE person, not just their illness, mental health, injury, condition or disease.

For me personally, I am more than my mental health issues. I am more than my weight and appearance. I am more than my hormonal disorders. I am more than my chronic pain.

And YOU are more than your mental health, your appearance or your diagnosis.

So...in saying all of this I found that I needed to bring these amazing like-minded alternative therapists/practitioners together into the one space to create a holistic hub of natural and nourishing products, wellness warriors, alternative therapists and people for YOU. You will be welcomed and made to feel special.

Health, Wellbeing & Healing is so so very different for every one of us, which is why we will have a variety of different therapies, services, workshops and products on offer.
