✨ Welcome to the New Year! ✨

We hope everyone managed to enjoy some well-earned downtime over the break and is feeling rested and recharged 💛

As 2025 draws to a close, I have been reflecting on just how much has unfolded this year.
For my clients, there have been so many highs… mental health wins (big and small), a pregnancy and an engagement. Finishing school, finishing uni, starting new jobs, moving out on your own, overcoming fears you once thought were impossible. Finding the right medication; finally feeling heard, understood, and validated. Those moments matter more than you know.
There have also been the lows… Some really tough seasons, sadness, distress, grief and loss, and times where things felt overwhelming or helpless. Moments where simply getting through the day took everything you had.
But through it all, one thing has remained constant, you showed up!
Together, we’ve worked through things one step at a time, with courage, honesty, and persistence. And that is something to be incredibly proud of.
I want you to know how deeply proud I am of each and every one of you. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you in your journeys, and I am so excited to see what 2026 has in store.
From TM2 HQ, thank you for trusting us, for doing the work, and for being exactly who you are (perfectly imperfect if I do say so myself!)
Here’s to growth, healing, and new beginnings in 2026.

I have received so many generous gifts and cards throughout the year; at the time of Hugo's passing and now at Christmas. But there is one stand out that brought me to tears. From the depths of my heart thank you S, M and M for this. It will be treasured as much as Hugo continues to be treasured. Thank you xx 🐾

It has truly been a delight to share the year with you all, and we wish you a very Merry Christmas, hoping you welcome the New Year with wonder and enthusiasm. We also wish everyone a restful, gentle and mindful festive season. Please remember to check in with yourselves, go easy where you can, and prioritise your mental health.

For my year 12 graduates.. No matter what number showed up on your screen today, that number does not define who you are as a person. You are more than the sum of your grades (and definitely more than a set of digits).

If you got what you hoped for.. or even more than you expected, that’s huge! Be super proud, celebrate it properly, and enjoy the moment. You earned it.

If it wasn’t what you wanted, don’t let a number convince you it says anything about your intelligence, your character, or where you’re headed. Life seriously has a million different pathways, and this is just one very small checkpoint.

Either way, you showed up, you did the work, and you survived the madness. Head up, deep breath… your future is still wide open, and I’m proud of you all! Xx

Over 45,000 Year 12 students across Queensland are about to embark on their external exams – including my own son 💙 This is a huge moment, the culmination of years of effort, late nights, challenges, and growth (and maybe a few questionable decisions thrown into the mix!).
To the 16 incredible young people I’ve had the privilege of supporting through Year 12, I am so proud of your journey. You have shown resilience, determination, and strength of character that no exam can fully capture.
To these 16 incredible young people (and personally my son) as well as every student across Queensland, remember this truth — your worth is not defined by your grades, and your future is not limited to a number on a page. What truly matters is the sum of who you are – your values, your compassion, your courage, and the way you rise after setbacks.
As you step into this next chapter, know that you are already so much more than the results you’ll receive. Go forward with confidence, knowing you carry within you everything you need to build a bright and meaningful future. 🌟

It is with a heavy heart that I share some very sad news with you all. Our beautiful Hugo has passed away, aged 9.
For the past 8 years, Hugo has been more than just a therapy dog — he has been a loyal companion, a gentle soul, and a source of comfort and joy for so many of you and your families. He absolutely loved his work, and he gave his whole heart to everyone he met.
We are heartbroken, but also so grateful. Hugo had such a happy life, doing what he did best — offering love, support, and a calming presence. He touched countless lives, and I know many of you will hold fond memories of him, just as I do.
Although he is no longer by my side, Hugo’s spirit will always be with us. We were truly blessed to have had him as part of our journey.
If you’d like to share any memories or stories of Hugo, I would love to hear them — it would be a beautiful way to honour the joy he brought to us all x

We’re SO proud to announce that Alfie has officially earned his Level 2 Therapy Dog Certification! 🎓🐶💙

After lots of training, tail wags, and encouragement from his amazing mentor Hugo (already certified and totally crushing it!), Alfie is now ready to join him in bringing comfort and joy to those who need it most. 🐕🤝💛

The TM2 Therapy Dog Team just got stronger—and fluffier! 🐾💪
