U-choose Support Service U-choose is a registered NDIS provider that focuses on you, the participant, by offering choice in all aspects of your personally designed support care.

U-choose Independent Support Services empowers you the participant, to be actively involved in the selection of your own personalised staff, your specific days and hours. This personalised hands on approach provides flexible and tailored supports to suit your own unique circumstances and lifestyle. Services U-choose provides:

• Individualised supports matched to client’s choice
• STA (short ter

• Independent travel and transport
• Daily Living skills
• Participation within the community and recreational activities.
• Mental health self-care and self-management

Homelessness Week 2025

We're teaming up with Echuca Moama Community Projects and St Mary’s Parish to shine a light on rural homelessness through U-Choose Cold Reality – Rural Homelessness Awareness Night.

Join us for a Sleep-Out on Friday 29th August 2025, starting at 6 PM and running through the early morning. Together, we’ll experience just a glimpse of what many go through every night in our country towns.

This night is about awareness, empathy and action. We're calling on our community—participants, volunteers, and anyone wanting to make a difference. Your presence matters. Your support matters.

Our very first holistic fitness challenge for July is complete and we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

Troy took on the Crunch Challenge and reminded us that progress looks different for everyone. One crunch or one movement at a time, it all matters. Every action counts toward improving quality of life.

Thank you to everyone who got involved. Whether you joined in, shared content, or helped behind the scenes by tracking progress, your support made this possible.

We can’t wait to see what Zac brings to the table for August. Stay tuned. This journey is just getting started.

We have partnered with Echuca Moama Community Projects to raise awareness about the growing crisis of homelessness affecting many in our country towns.

Together, we’re hosting a "Sleep Out" at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Friday, 29th August 2025 to stand with those in our community who are doing it tough and sleeping rough.

We're also collecting essential items to support vulnerable people and families across the region. Whether it's one toothbrush or ten, every donation makes a difference.

Donations can be dropped off at Echuca Neighbourhood House or the Echuca Library.

What an incredible journey our Pasta Master program has been!

Over the past two months, we not only mastered the art of pasta making but also had the heartwarming opportunity to cook up delicious, nourishing soups for the Soup Kitchen.
Thanks to our amazing collaboration with the Echuca Moama Community Project.

A massive thank you to Bar Lee for opening their fully equipped commercial kitchen to us Your generosity made it possible to create beautiful pasta dishes and hearty soups that brought comfort to many doing it tough.

This wouldn’t have happened without the power of our beautiful and heartwarming community, our fantastic Troy , and all amazing participants who showed up eager to learn, grow, and give back.
We’re so proud of what we achieved together!

We’re not done yet, August is coming, and we’re bringing it back to basics with sweet, simple treats just like Mum or Nan would make.

Save the date: 29th August 2025 - Cold Reality Night is coming. Let’s keep the spirit of community alive and raise awareness for those facing homelessness in winter.

Our content creation and photography team jumped headfirst into the This or That Challenge — and things got exciting real quick!

We came up with our own fun twists like Lego or Minecraft, Coffee or Hot Chocolate, Salt or Chicken Salt salt, Summer or Winter… and plenty more.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any tastier… we're introducing our brand new U-Choose: Sweet & Simple baking Program!

Following the delicious success of Pasta Master and Soup Kitchen, we’re going back to basics with a nostalgic twist, think golden syrup dumplings, jam drops, and all those sweet classics just like Mum (or Nona) used to make.

No fancy gadgets, no pressure, just real ingredients, lots of fun and good vibes.

This hands-on baking program runs every Tuesday in August from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and it's all about the joy of simple, homestyle treats.

Come for the sweets, stay for the fun.
