U-choose is a registered NDIS provider that focuses on you, the participant, by offering choice in all aspects of your personally designed support care.

U-choose Independent Support Services empowers you the participant, to be actively involved in the selection of your own personalised staff, your specific days and hours. This personalised hands on approach provides flexible and tailored supports to suit your own unique circumstances and lifestyle. Services U-choose provides:

• Individualised supports matched to client’s choice
• STA (short term accommodation)
• Personal care
• Independent travel and transport
• Daily Living skills
• Participation within the community and recreational activities.
• Mental health self-care and self-management
• Social and relationship skills
• Support services for NDIS participants that are Plan or Self-
managed.
• Home and yard maintenance – Small repairs, gardening.

This week we’ve been out in the community delivering the incredible donations raised from our Cold Reality – Rural Homelessness Awareness Night at St Mary’s Parish, Echuca.

Thanks to the generosity of so many, we were able to share essential women’s packs, backpacks, food, toiletries, vouchers and even brand new swags with local organisations including the Police Station, Neighbourhood House, Crossenvale, Anglicare and Headspace Echuca.

Every pack, every voucher, every item given is a reminder of the kindness that exists in our community. We are truly grateful to everyone who donated, came along, and supported this initiative with Echuca Moama Community Projects.

Because of you, real change is happening — and we can’t wait to do it all again.

This Friday, 26th September 2025, our office will be closed and programs will pause as we celebrate the Grand Final public holiday.

Wishing everyone a fantastic long weekend filled with excitement, relaxation, and plenty of great moments.

Our on-call phone will still be monitored throughout the break, and we’ll be back on Monday.
