Meet Bailey! He joined our team at the start of the year, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from his experience as a teacher's aide and his diverse life experiences.

Why did you choose to become a disability support worker?
I chose this career because no two days are the same, and each day brings new, enjoyable experiences.

What do you find most rewarding about the job?
The most rewarding part is being able to make a positive impact in the lives of some incredible individuals and building meaningful connections along the way.

Something not many people know about you?
I can solve a Rubik’s cube!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy playing footy, spending time outdoors, and attempting to play a decent round of golf.

WEEKLY RECAP
Even with a rainy week 🌧, we've had an incredible time! We've enjoyed bushwalks, four-wheel driving, sushi lunches, pool physiotherapy, gym sessions at FITmob Central Health & Fitness Echuca, netball games, and a fun visit to Gravity Shack. We've thoroughly enjoyed the week working with our participants and look forward to next week’s adventures!

MEET THE TEAM

Meet Kyle, the founder of InnoCare and a proud local of Echuca Moama! With over 8 years of experience in the disability support industry, Kyle's journey began with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. InnoCare was established more than 2 years ago, and since then, Kyle and his team have been dedicated to supporting a diverse range of clients in our local community.

Here’s a few fun facts about Kyle that you might not know:

Why did you choose to become a disability support worker? For me, it's all about being part of someone's life journey and helping them reach their goals.

What do you find most rewarding about the job? It's that no two days are the same, and I get to have fun with participants while doing a variety of activities.

Something not many people know about you?
I won a custard eating competition in America.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Playing football for LBU, gaming and golf
