Receptionist – Part Time / Casual

One Focus Health is a growing private allied health clinic, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our administration team.

Our clinic is home to a passionate team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Speech Pathologist, an Exercise Physiologist, and an Allied Health Assistant. We pride ourselves on delivering client-centred care in a collaborative, supportive, and welcoming environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that values innovation, inclusivity, and strong community connections.

Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing bookings, schedules, and client communications (in person, over the phone, and via email)
-Processing payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks
-Maintaining an organised and inviting reception and clinical spaces
-Supporting allied health practitioners and assisting the broader administration team
-Contributing to the smooth daily operations of the clinic with excellent time management and multitasking skills

Must-Haves
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and proactive under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and - attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

We have some exciting news….
As of tomorrow 2.9.24 we will be operating out of 356 High Street! 🎉
All appointments that are booked in will be at this location.
We can’t wait to see you all and show you the new clinic!
Ohhh yesss and the other question you’ll be asking… yess we have renamed “One Focus Physiotherapy” to “One Focus Health”. Seemed a lot more fitting as we have a speechie, Occupational Therapist & Physio’s!
Still the same great Team just a new name! 🥰
