🌱 Growing more than just veggies! 🌱

11 young people aged 12–19 worked closely with our Njernda Youth team to design, build and plant a veggie garden at the Youth Hub.

With donated timber from Bunnings Warehouse Australia, funding from the Campaspe Shire Council and plenty of teamwork, the group built planters and learned about seasonal growing, budgeting and sustainability.

UP NEXT - Native plants will also be planted, deepening connections to culture, Country and community. Watch this space!

📣 Foundation (Prep) and Kinder enrolments for 2027 are NOW OPEN!

The Department of Education has released the statewide timeline for enrolling in Foundation (Prep) at Victorian government primary schools for the 2027 school year.

🗓 Important dates:
✅ Applications due: Parents and carers submit Foundation applications by June/ July
✅ Schools notify families: Schools notify parents and carers of application outcomes in August
✅ Families respond to offers: Families receiving an enrolment offer should respond to the offer ASAP
