“Don’t climb ladders anymore.”
“Stop jumping, it’s too risky at your age.”

But here’s the thing ... the issue isn’t age.

It’s deconditioning.

Most people stop climbing or jumping not because they’re old, but because they’ve stopped training for it.

Each week at 6.30pm on Monday, our girls experience an exquisite Yoga Fusion session where they engage in feel good easy-to-follow stretch, mobility and light strengthening movements that leave them feeling so so good both inside & out. 🥰

Before they leave the session, each week they receive a beautiful gemstone heart which they keep and can use to focus on during the coming week.

They pull randomly from a bag, so each heart represents a vibe, and a focus, based on the properties, colours and chakra (if they vibe with these energy centres.) for their coming week!

It really is the best way to start the week!
