Most people are “leaking” energy through their core all day without realising it.

Try this:
Next time you’re standing (brushing your teeth, waiting for the kettle, scrolling your phone)…

• Stand evenly through both feet
• Slightly unlock your knees
• Gently brace your core (think..gently firm, not forced)
• Grow tall through the top of your head

Hold it for 30–60 seconds.
This isn’t about tensing hard ... it’s about switching your core on.

Do this a few times today and notice.

You’ll feel more stable, more supported… and even a little more confident in how you carry yourself.
