Leanne Waters Holistic Kinesiology & Nutrition Kinesiology is a therapy that uses muscle testing to gain information about where in your body you hold stress and ways to remove it.

Kinesiology deals with balancing our energy anatomy using the Chinese Medicine meridian system and the Chakra system from Eastern Vedic traditions. This allows development in personal growth and deep healing by releasing tensions and stress held in our body/mind. Its a wonderfully effective and gentle process that frees us from our self-imposed limitations. Any stress related condition responds well to kinesiology including:
Anxiety, depression, major life changes, addictions and bad habits, improving memory, lifting brain fog, addressing anger issues and strengthening coping skills.
