We say “I’m just tired” like it’s a personality trait at this point 😅
But sometimes it’s not just tired…
it’s your nervous system quietly running on overdrive.
When your body stays stuck in “go mode” for too long, it stops prioritising recovery and starts focusing on survival.

• Always feeling run down (no matter how much you rest)
• Sleep that’s light, broken or just not refreshing
• Tight shoulders / jaw / that constant “tense” feeling
• Catching everything going around
