Tara is a fully qualified, highly trained professional and comes from a speciality backgrounds with a focus on fitness including competition

body building. We are committed to providing all clients with tailored, individual packages to suit their needs. We work with each client to create a specialised plan to achieve the desired results. We use the knowledge gained from various ongoing training and professional development courses to enhance the knowledge we provide. We don't believe in off the shelf, fast fix, cookie cutter solutions. We believe in proper technique, future proof, solution based training. We believe in giving you the knowledge and techniques that will bring about life long change.

Celebrating 14 Years!

Fourteen years ago, I started my journey as a personal trainer and remedial massage therapist—and what a ride it’s been! I’ve shut my business multiple times to travel, study, move, have two kids, and navigate COVID, but my passion for helping people move and feel better has never wavered.

I continue to learn and grow, expanding my skills and studying business to ensure I can keep doing what I love.

A huge thank you to my clients and supporters—you inspire me every day! Here’s to many more years of health and success!

Not Seeing Results? Let’s Fix That.

The 3 P’s are calling you out.

PROGRAMMING – You’re winging it, aren’t you? No plan, no structure, just vibes. Hate to break it to you, but random workouts = random results. Get on a program, stay consistent, and actually build some momentum.

PROTEIN – You’re eating like a toddler when your muscles need fuel. If your protein intake wouldn’t even sustain a house cat, don’t be shocked when your strength and recovery suck. Eat like you mean it.

PRIORITIZING YOURSELF: SET THE DAMN BOUNDARIES
You keep putting everyone else first, then wonder why your energy, progress, and sanity are tanking. Boundaries aren’t selfish—they’re survival.
Set them in:
• Mental Health – Stop overcommitting. Protect your time, your peace, and your energy like it’s your last protein shake.
• Relationships – If they guilt-trip you for prioritizing yourself, they don’t belong in your inner circle.
• Recovery – Rest days aren’t a suggestion. Sleep, mobility work, and stress management are just as important as lifting heavy.
• Food Prep – You can’t fuel your body on convenience-store snacks and vibes. Set yourself up for success.
• Training – Your workouts are not optional. If you keep skipping them, so will your progress.
• Work/Life Balance – You are not your job. Clock out and stop letting work steal your life.
• Social Media – Unfollow the people making you feel like you’re behind. Your journey, your pace.
