We are promoting ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฒ today!
Encouraging our local school students to get active and walk, ride, scoot or skate with your mate!
Did you know?
60mins of physical activity is recommended for students each day โ riding, walking, scooting or skating is a great way to meet this.
Being active throughout the day has so many health benefits and is also great for the environment!
ERH's Complex Care team now has four bags of nursing equipment from a recent donation from the Epicentre Church Op Shop.
The new bags have a blood pressure monitor with different sized cuffs, a new quality stethoscope, an oximeter, a thermometer and PPE so the team can care for their clients in our community.
The bags are very portable โ enabling the team to take them on home visits and to ensure the clients are well at home.
Thank you Epicentre for our new equipment.

This Harmony Week (March 16th โ 22nd) we are promoting a new campaign by called โSET THE STANDARDโ to prevent and reduce racism in community sport.
Australia is one of the most multicultural societies in the world. Weโre also one of the most sporting nations in the world and for many Australians, that sporting journey begins at a community sports club.
Creating culturally safer clubs means everyone wins.
Sport should build belonging, confidence and connection. But when racism shows up, participation drops and health suffers.
The everyday moments matter: what gets laughed off, what gets ignored, and what gets called out.
Racism isnโt always loud. Sometimes itโs banter, exclusion, or silence.
You can help build safer, healthier community sport:
