Holistic Healing She works with two horses – Aeros, a percheron gelding and Luca, a mare and an Australian stockhorse.

The Lotus Throne is run by Srishti Knoll and provides a safe and nourishing space for people from all walks of life to explore experiential learning, wellness and healing. Located in Eden Park nestled amongst trees and nature, the aim of the business is to empower all clients to activate their own innate power to heal and show up fully for life. A qualified equine therapist from the Centre of Equine Experiential Learning, Srishti is also holistic counsellor, Reiki Master and Reconnective healing practitioner. She draws upon a host of experience gained over the years to effortlessly and creatively blend healing modalities to offer a unique experience to all clients. Srishti supports client’s to honour their life experiences and build a strong mind body connection to overcome adverse experiences including but not limited to anxiety and depression, stress and overwhelm, lack of confidence and self-worth, negative beliefs and behaviours, trauma. She also provides a safe container for people on a journey of self-discovery to explore and connect with themselves more deeply via her retreats or to experience ‘horse therapy’ if they are drawn to the majesty of horses. Both horses are highly attuned to the work and support a deep healing process for clients who are open to the experience.

Thank you to all those who attended a powerful group waterhole event yesterday. The sun was shining, Aeros and Luca were tuned in from the start and were working away as attendees explored the contours of their comfort levels and themselves. VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR EQUINE THERAPY SESSIONS
Hi everyone. I have recently completed my Equine Assisted Therapy Training and am looking to offer a few complimentary sessions with my horses, Aeros and Luca before opening bookings to public later this year.
Equine Assisted Therapy is a profoundly powerful yet safe and gentle modality nurtured in the sacred space of nature with master healers – horses. Horses have an amazing capacity to facilitate our journey back to well-being by helping us reset our nervous systems to a state of equilibrium. As we show up and do the work, we learn to become more embodied and fully present for life.
Sessions are suitable for people who may be curious about ‘horse therapy’ and want to experience it, are on a journey of self-discovery or have ‘tried everything’ to find relief or solutions to their everyday challenges.
Each session is unique and ranges from 45 minutes to an hour. After one session clients have said that they felt lighter, less overwhelmed by emotions, more open and with a greater capacity to flow freely with life.
If you or anyone you know would like to explore this wonderful work with me, Aeros and Luca, available sessions are listed below:
Saturday 24 February: 9 am and 1130 am
Saturday 4 May: 9 am and 1130 am
Saturday 18 May : 9 am and 1130 am
Saturday 8 June: 9 am and 1130 am

Sessions will be offered on a first come first served basis. Please PM me for more information.

Our Story

The Lotus Throne is holistic healing centre focused on empowering you to discover and activate your own innate power to heal and gracefully cope with life’s challenges. Offering intuitive and sacred earth and heart based practices, my service is to help bring your body, mind, heart and soul in sacred union so you can shine your inner light boldly and confidently.

My work which is my sacred practice, encompasses all as it is based on the web of life of which we are a part. My practice combines all cosmologies, religions, organisations, systems, and lineages through the ages. As a earth worker, sacred storyteller and healer, I work with the elements and all realms of our existence – conscious and unconscious to help find our place in the circle of life where we find ourselves. My work involves a range of interventions to help my clients deconstruct their current reality with love and understanding often involving a painful death and rebirthing process that challenges all beliefs and matrix constructs. I work with consciousness with a view to weave stories and join patterns in specific points in timelines to find codes that people can use to unlock their own story and trauma. I do this primarily through the wolf and personal decoding. including ancient Indian wisdom specifically Shiva consciousness and Babaji’s teachings and work, Egyptian, Native American, Shamanic earth and other wisdom gained through teachers including the Ascended Masters.
