Kate-Nirlipta, a friend of Sage Wellness Centre, has released her new book which focuses on the release of tension and stress in the body through somatic yoga. She will be at Eden Library tomorrow at 10.30am.

In parts of Africa, farmers use bee fences made of rows of beehives placed along the edges of their fields to keep elephants away from crops. The buzz and sting of bees are enough to turn the giants back without harm. At the same time, the hives provide honey to sell, creating income while promoting peaceful coexistence between people and wildlife.
