We are in a super triggering void right now!

As we continue to purge out the ancestral wounds, the self doubt, and the old programs that have suppressed us for so long

It can be difficult to remain calm

To remain focused

To remain vigilant on the journey

To trust the process

But you are exactly where you are meant to be in this now moment-does that mean you have to stay there?

Absolutely not!

But the key is to PAUSE

STOP & ACCEPT where you are today (the universe responds to this in such a big way!!)

Then SURRENDER that there is a greater plan for you

Ending the week with a funny 🤣

In all seriousness, I know this time of year can bring lots of stress, tension, pressure, emotions

Remember your own personal power & sovereignty during this time

✅ Say NO to what doesn’t feel good
✅ Remove yourself from a situation if you need too
✅ It’s ok to take time out for you
✅ Ground, breath, be in nature as much as you can even while celebrating with all the festivities
✅ Use EFT/tapping to regulate your emotions & calm your stress levels
✅ Keep reconnecting to your higher self and ask them to lead the way
✅ And most importantly try & have some fun- do something to change your energy and start attracting what you really want

Think of how much suffering & loss we wouldn’t of gone through if we knew the truth ❤️

Even when I first learnt about the chakra system through my reiki training I didn’t take it as seriously as I should have

There was still a stigma of “woo woo” and “hippie” programs around it for me

How could fixing these centres cure all our health concerns??

The deeper I went and started to release more trauma that was held within those energy centres my health, my mindset, my connection to source all improved

When people ask me where to start on their healing journey-I always say start with the nervous system and then move into healing your chakras working from the root up

Our 3 lower chakras carry so much stagnation from this life & previous incarnations- it’s not a wipe the slate clean each time

If we all did these 2 things-we would be healed, ascended & living from the 5th dimension perspective again 💫
