Lately, I’ve been loving cooking Sri Lankan meals✨
Last night I made prawn curry, potato curry, and Pol Sambol 🥥
I skipped the chillies this time, as my Pitta has been a little strong lately 🔥
It was my first time making Pol Sambol — so simple, yet incredibly delicious!
