This 3-hour, hands-on workshop is designed for registered health professionals looking to enhance their clinical skills and confidence in speculum examination as part of pelvic health assessment and pessary management.

-Speculum examination technique
- Assessment of vaginal mucosal integrity
- Visual inspection of the cervix
- Refresher training in POP-Q measures
- Levator ani avulsion palpation (using pelvic models)
