Please, please, please do these daily activities, they do work and will help you on your journey of healing.

Daily reminder❣️⏰"

1. Breathing; slow deep breath (in through your nose and your stomach expanding), slowly breath out (through your mouth). Do this 10 times 🧘‍♀️
2. Ground yourself as often as you need (imagine tree roots coming out of the bottom of your feet and hooking into the center of the earth) 👣
3. Set your protection & reset it throughout the day (imagine you are stepping into a beautiful white fluffy cloud and you are in the middle of it surrounded by white light)🪬
4. Journaling - write each day;📖
a) A positive affirmations i.e. I AM worthy, I AM beautiful, I AM strong etc
b) A something you are grateful forIi.e I am grateful for my family, I am grateful for my job, I am grateful for the sound of the bird etc.
C) A daily goal i.e my goal today is to make my bed, my goal today is to go for a walk, my goal today is to give myself a facial etc.

Wow it is 2025!! I have woken up fresh as a daisy and thought what will I achieve this year......
1. Continue enjoying University
2. Continue to keep standing my truth, be kind, respectful but take no s**t.
3. Make a new friend or two
4. Be Happy
