Solar eclips in Aquarius is all about Freedom- Loving- Forward thinking also if you can look back in spring in 1999, What was happening around you to what you can find now to bring use into a more positive vibration. Also in this time of energy of this moon you should not jump the gun, as this brings endings and new beginnings.

Aquarius also shows use a lower vibration this can be from felling you may not fit in or a sense of belonging in places.
