So many women grow up being told they are too sensitive, too emotional, or too much.

But the very qualities that were criticised are often your magic. With support, we can learn how to work with our nervous system so these qualities support us rather than overwhelm us.

Sensitivity as insight.
Empathy as connection.
Vulnerability as courage.

Part of my work as a therapist is supporting women to understand their nervous system, honour their sensitivity, and use their natural gifts in ways that allow them to do what they do best - shine.

To all the incredible women in my life and in my therapy room - thank you for your courage, your strength, and your willingness to keep growing.

A wee girl watching Home and Away in Scotland,

She didn’t know walking barefoot would one day feel like home.

Keep wishing. Keep hoping. Keep praying (whatever is true for you).

Repair only works
when both people are willing

and grow in congruence.

Love needs safety.
