Well, here we go again!

With the COVID-19 restrictions in response to the growing clusters in NSW, we just wanted to provide everyone with an update about what that means for your appointment at Back in Focus:

⁃ As we are an essential healthcare service, we are open as usual and all chiropractic and physiotherapy services will be continuing as usual
⁃ We are wearing masks in the clinic and have reinforced our COVID-safe plan to ensure the safety of all patients and staff

We are doing our part so please help us by:
⁃ Calling us to reschedule or cancel you appointment if you are experiencing symptoms or have been to an exposure site
⁃ Wearing a mask to your appointment and participating in temperature checks
⁃ Maintaining safe social distancing practices in the waiting room
⁃ Coming to your appointments alone as we ask that only the person with the appointment attends
⁃ Arriving to your appointment at your scheduled time to limit the time spent in the waiting room
⁃ Using the hand sanitiser readily available in the clinic before and after your appointments

Finally, if there is anything that we can help you with please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you to support your physical and mental health and well-being.

We have been through this before and will get through it again.
