My journaling practice looks a little different since becoming a Mumma.💜

This is how it looks for me now when I'm nap trapped in the car 🤣

This has actually become one of my favourite things to do while Bub is snoozing.

Keeping a journal in the car or taking one with me as I go about the day has allowed me to make the most of the little moments I get with the space in between.

And just like that, we have come to the end of our 4th trimester.

The most wild ride,  yet I have never felt so deeply grounded in love, my purpose and gratitude.

I know that with every part of my being, this is exactly where I am meant to be across all space and time.
It was written in the stars.🌟🌟🌟

Becoming a Mumma has allowed me to soften into the Woman that I have always longed to be.
It has allowed me to be held and  supported by others and sink into a new level of vulnerability with complete trust and acceptance.

Birthing our baby has filled me with a love I have never experienced before.
A fierce, maternal love felt through all the women before me.

It has also allowed me to let go and open up space for all that aligns for this new version of me and my little family as it evolves.

Sending so much gratitude to those who have loved and supported me through it all.

At the start of this year, the energy had changed. Things felt clunky and off.

Feeling the intense pull between my head and my heart, that I needed to step away from all that I had known.

Surrendering it all.
The teachings, trainings, modalities, the wisdom I had invested in and the identity I had created. It all had to go.

What the f**k!? Came over me as this business I created over 5 years ago was such a big part of me. The creation I had poured my heart and soul into was actually the thing draining my energy and getting in the way of where the universe wanted to take me.

As I surrendered all the things that felt sticky and unaligned, an expansion of space opened up. A new feeling of trust, clarity. An energy that I had never felt before.

I was so fixed on how my business and my journey 'should' unfold.
Letting go created space for new seeds to be planted and miracles to drop in.

One of these miracles is the conception of our first child. The one thing my heart has been longing for, for so long.

It's amazing the profound shift in my energy, priorities and perception has changed since beginning my journey into motherhood.

A rite of passage that is truely sacred.

There is this fierce new love that is so potent and powerful that fills my heart which affirms to me that I am exactly where I am meant to be across all space and time.

This little soul part of mine as our hearts beat as one.

So after many months of stepping back and leaning into the unknow, here I am showing up without any offerings or knowing what is next.
Just trusting the gratitude that is overflowing from my heart that is guiding me and our growing baby into the next beautiful adventure that the universe has in store.

You will always know the truth by the way it feels.

When you feel the push pull between your head and heart turn your focus inward.

Your body is always communicating and showing you the way.

Although at times honouring your inner knowing can feel overwhelming trust that there is a silver lining on the other side.

This gift of life is full of lessons and blessings, embrace each moment and ride the waves.

Be brave enough to let go when things no longer align, opening up for something even better to drop in.

As you expand, the old needs to fall away to welcome the New like the seasons and cycles end and begin again.

Take this as your sign to check in with your heart and expand into the knowing it has to share.

Expanding into the depths of your vulnerability to express yourself freely, is the medicine.

The realisation that to hold compassion, love and forgiveness towards others must first start with you, is the medicine.

Feeling a new found sense of freedom on the other side of your fear, is the medicine.

Feeling the support of your ancestors who journeyed before you with the knowing they guided you to where you are in this very moment, is the medicine.

The power of remembering your worth and just how truly unstoppable you really are, is the medicine.

YOU are the medicine.

This morning I could feel a sense of agitation and restlessness come to the surface.

Sitting with this, I reflected on how my energectic body was feeling and was shown very quickly that there are energy leaks that are leaving me and my nervous system feeling depleted.

I realised that the biggest energectic leak, is social media. Wasting time aimlessly scrolling, constantly checking for notifications. Unconscious programming at its finest.

Ensuring I honour my own boundaries and energectic hygiene its time for me to disconnect so I can reconnect.

I will be taking as long as I need with zero f**ks given.
Our energy is the most precious currency and we get to choose how to use it.

PURPOSE.

Activating the Crown Chakra this level is powerful and opens up space to strengthen our connection to source, the universe and all that it as well as opening up space for you to expand into your purpose and self realisation.

Related to themes of Spirituality, Higher States, Enlightenment and life purpose.

Level 7 is the top of The Spiral and we clear out emotions, dysfunctional patterns, conditioning and behaviours that have been attached to the 4 following emotions...

PEACE - The appreciation of restful stillness and harmony.

JOY - A vibrant aliveness permiating our being.

ENLIGHTENMENT - The diect sense of our own infinite nature.

PURPOSE - A divinely inspired sense of drive and meaning.

Clearing out these emotions that have anchored into your conscious and sub conscious mind over the span of your life time allows your to collapse old narratives and ways of being and to expand into connecting into your divine purpose and higher self.

Last Saturday I was invited to attend Yuma Spirit Cloth Creation journey by Annabelle Sharman

I loved every moment and as I sat in circle with others and listened to Annabelle share her wisdom through stories, I could feel the power woven through out time into that very moment.

Annabelle is an incredible healer and being held by her on this sacred journey is one that my words can not capture.

As we wove our intentions together and as one, infusing our Spirit Cloths with the power of the elements, I felt deep in my bones that this journey had been written in the stars for everyone present, to be brought together on this day.

The power each Spirit Cloth holds is unique and I have slept with mine every night this week, feeling deep healing, connection and magic activate within.

The gratitude I hold in my heart for this experience and for Annabelle is eternal.
